is it possible to maximize the graphics quality with Rage Game menu option after the patch?

I'm not using any rageconfig.cfg anymore, am I using the maximum graphics quality available?

Yes, if you enable the texture memory to "large" it will look the same.

I still wish we didn't have this compressed texture pack though...
