I have an issue with the save files. It seems i used up all the saves. I'm not sure if this is by design or that it's a glitch. When i go to the save screen my only option is to overwrite an old save. The create new data is not available. I'm at lvl 21 now, played for about 30 hours, save file of aprox 6,1 MB. So far one freeze and some stuttering in mysty areas. The high amount of save files is due to my own natural save pattern, i save every 15-30 min. All autosave disabled.

Yes it's 128. Every few days I have to go through and delete the 100 or so oldest when I'm at a good pausing point in the game (not in the middle of any major questlines, stuff like that).
