"Mr. House's Luck, Caesar's Intelligence, the King's Charisma and President Kimball's Strength"
Aside from King's Charisma, other buff makes no sense at all.......

What?

Is that even real?

If it IS real... well, I need a new Cannibal. Like, *right* *now*

Being stuck at work is very bad right now.

Caesar's a student of language and philosophy, and House is a casino magnate. I don't understand Kimball, though. He's not especially strong.

Wish there was a "mark" for each SPECIAL stat.

I check Caesar's stat last week or something and his intelligence is 4.......

If House is really lucky then he doesn't need to wait for so long to begin his plan.....

Kimball's an old NCR general who apparently has done some badass stuff. Not really the impression you get when you see how easily he gets wiped out.

Cannibalism is a a sick thing of course, but even if you're willing to overlook that... Eating Mr House..? Barf.

Aged and stringy. Mmm.

FYI, I was aware of Caesar's paltry intelligence stat. I think that's just a developer oversight - he's obviously a bright fellow, if a bit insane.

Too bad it says it only lasts for 60 seconds. If it works with human remains as well, then that is okay I guess.

Wait, what? The SPECIAL increase only lasts a minute after eating them?

Well, that is what the wiki says. Says the SPECIAL increase lasts for 60 seconds from eating corpses.

I would rather see it last for like a day in game time or something.

Not a minute after eating them, a minute after eating any human remains.

my strength intel and luck are already 10 and charisma is a joke stat. the only reason its there is because they needed a C. still cool though, even though you gotta eat a buncha dudes to get it. when it comes to cannibalism i dont eat anything i wouldnt do. :)

They should have made the boosts permanent.

As for Charisma, they should have made it like in FO1 and 2 and have it determine the number of companions you can have. A few Charisma/companion based perks would have been nice too. Empathy was a cool perk that really helped during conversations. They could have also had a perk that makes enemies target your companions more often than they target you.

Charisma is not a joke. It might have been in Fallout 3, but Speech, which depends on Charisma, is MUCH more useful in FNV.

Irrelevant, an NPC's stats are normally invisible so what there assigned in the GECK has no baring as to what it actually is in the story.
