2. I actually just tried this, and no it doesn't. Disappointing.

That makes me think. Do you guys have anything in the office that show's your like.. status? For example the monitors. The bigger the monitor, the 'higher up' you are. Do you have any things like that?

What was the inspiration for creating the Khajitt and Argonian races? I am thinking especially about where the idea of creating a cat humanoid and a reptile humanoid came from.

Janelle Monae's "ArchAndroid" for 2010. I have yet to listen to "King of Limbs," but I imagine it will be high on my list for 2011. Really excited for the Ashtar Command album coming out sometime this year.

Hello Devs

I have some questions that have confounded me for a long while, they are not Skyrim specific so I hope you can help.

Does Bethesda have an overarching storyline or narrative for The Elder Scrolls franchise? Is there a grand plan for where the series is going?

From your perspective in the studio, is there an established lore? One you may or may not share with the audience? (By this I mean lore that you consider to be canon). Otherwise, do you make it up for each game without being constrained by the previous stories?

I too have wondered as much. I'm under the impression that the bulk of the lore has been written for years and they choose a place in the timeline to fill in and alter to accommodate their current game. I'd like to know if it's established or created on the fly as well.

Does Ubisoft have any influence on you guys at Bethesda? Or the other way around? Or is the relationship mutual?

Ubisoft is often mistakenly associated with Bethesda since Zenimax acquired Arkane studios and at one point Arkane was developing the Ubisoft owned IP, Might&Magic.
