If it's in French then I guess you are talking about the slow motion that occurs in some sword fights. I am not quite sure how the slow motion works but I've seen it activate just before a quick assassination is done while sword fighting. I am not sure if that's what you mean though.

And if you mean the ability Time Bend (which slows down time or stops it if it's upgraded) then yes, you can attack enemies. Just note that the moment when you attack them the effects of the spell will not work on them and they will be able to move. But if you just grab and assassinate them then they won't have time to react.

You can use your sword yes but whatever you interact with stops being affected by the spell. So if you use the spell and there are 3 guys you can hit one of them with the sword and time will start for him again. It won't start for the other two until the ability ends or until you hit them.
