So what "little" details in Dishonored do you like?

You can only mention one "little" detail that you like in Dishonored in each post you make.
So if you come up with another "little" detail you like that you want to share,
you have to wait for another one to reply after you before you reply again with your next "little" detail that you like, right.
So there is no spamming.

I'll start first then.

I like how your blade changes appearance when you upgrade it. (Just noticed it now for the first time!)

one little thing that made me smile was the realistic sheen on the oil paintings. i'm an artist and spend a lot of time in galleries so that little detail was really cool, i can't recall any other game that gets the surfaces right like that.

I'm gonna try to say this without giving away too many spoilers, but...

I like how if you try to use your time-freeze power on a certain other character who is also touched by the outsider, it won't work and an epic duel ensues.

"Nice try, Corvo." One of the most memorable moments in my playthrough, and its something that I'm sure a lot of people missed out on by trying another strategy. Not sure if it counts as a 'little detail,' but I thought it was something that was so well thought-out by the developers.

I like how the little rats move. I'm not normally creeped out by rats, but I'm scared of those little guys!

I like how the hagfish are basically bloodthirsty piranha that will flat-out kill you in seconds if you so much as wade into a knee-deep pond.

Just kidding! That's really ridiculous and irritating.

I like the unintentional hilarity from the randomized guard call/response dialog.

Guard A: "Shall we gather for whiskey and cigars tonight?"
Guard B: "You're such a choffer."

I like the predator vibe when you are watching the guards from above and the many ways you can finish the missions.

I love the animation for the crossbow reload once you get the auto reload upgrade.

Walking through the Distillery District in Mission 3 time and realising just how many different ways I could have snuck through there in Mission 1.

I like the way you clip to the top of the water when you're above the surface. Makes swimming less frustrating than in other games.
