Menu Screen

My menu screen looks like http://i41.tinypic.com/m7dkqe.jpg. Does anyone know how to fix it I have the 6850 AMD HD.
Ive tried messing with the graphics setting and it didn't work also..

Looks like a corrupted install or a bad graphics device driver.
