I know that there might be about a thousand threads about this, but i never use this forum, so i am not quite sure what should i do, i already sent an e-mail to the support about 4 days ago, it says that they answer me within 48 hours, please tell me what can i do?!

Updated: Now it says that "This code has already been used", yet there's nothing on my download history, ordered by date, the last thing i got was about 3 months ago, and i made sure that the game was totally new, there was no possible way anyone could have known the code.

I just got this game for Christmas, and I, too, am getting an invalid/already been used error whenever I input my code. It's not showing up in my download history either. I tried sending an email to Bethesda's support group, but whenever I hit "send," I get directed to a completely blank page. I never got a confirmation email saying that they received it, so I think that's a dead lead.

Any tips? From anyone?

Yes dont hold your breath for support you may well pass out, its not good that this has happened, but in all honesty the bonus DLC items are poor for the most part and only useful to sell.
