lately I've noticed a very strange occurance with merchants in Skyrim. After acquiring the investor perk, I noticed that some merchants I talk to do not have the dialogue for investment. Agatha in Solitude is one such merchant; however when I check her stock she has 1000 gold and will buy stolen items, so I know she's been invested in. The problem is I've never been to Solitude in my run through until now. My speechcraft is 97 and I should not have invested in here. My stats do not seem to suggest I have either. She is also not the first merchant I had this problem with. In Whiterun, I invested in the Wood Elf's store and then went to invest in Belethor's store, but his store had already been invested in. I reloaded and went to Belethor and was able to invest in him safely, but then I couldn't invest in the wood Elf's stall anymore. I can only assume that there's some sharing of inventories going on here or something. Whatever the case, it's frustrating me and I'd like to get it fixed, if possible. Most of my mods are cosmetic.

I'm also using Elys' Skill Uncapper which is an SKSE plugin

I understand the USP fixes issues with merchants which allowed you to infinitely invest into them, but I was using the USP before I decided to start over. I have no idea why she is behaving this way. I tried saving/reloading, killing her and reloading, but have not tried a save before I entered Solitude for the first time. I honestly have no idea what's going on.
