Now I got this weird and new problems where certain merchants ceased to respawn their stocks. First it was http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Niranyein Windhelm, then after some time http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Aval_Atheron in Windhelm added to the problem now it is http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Belethor%27s_General_Goods in Whiterun. Please note that I am not running any mod which is supposed to alter merchants in any way or form; at first I thought it may have been something with "Economics of Skyrim" (which modifies certain things pertaining merchants) but its author assured me his mod doesn't touch respawn times of merchants in any ways and besides, temporarily disabling EoS didn't make my problem go away.

To add something even weirder, while the merchants DO NOT respawn their regular money stock they DO respawn the 500 gold I gave them as a result of the perk "Investor".

Does anyone know what it might be, or if there's a console command which could *force* merchants to restock their money/items?

Edit: I tried to mod myself away from the problem by creating a small mod which lower the restock time to 24 hours instead of 48 by modyfing the "iDaysToRespawnVendors" value but that didn't change anything.

No idea, do you think another mod may be altering something?
