I don't think that that is Arkane Studios, or anyone who works there. That is most likely just fan made, and that was a fan that you talked to. However, his answers are correct: No mod support currently in the works or planned, no Android apps, and no multiplayer of any sort.

Yeah that is there Facebook page so I know and they have a tumblr with some images. They also have a twitter page that is official.

That is true, it's not Arkane Studios. However, it's not fan made, it's run by Bethesda/Zenimax, just like this official Dishonored forum is run by Bethesda.

There will be no Steam Workshop support for Dishonored. There won't be any co-op or multiplayer. Also if I hear another Skyrim comparison I am gonna punch a dude.

I guess it's what people do when they see a new IP like this; they try to relate it to something they know. I think Thief & Deus Ex are the best comparisons, although few modern day gamers would've heard of either (well, maybe DE). Having now tried out the Thief games, I'm surprised few developers ever grasped the essential parts of stealth gameplay.

Yes, but the problem is that they are not comparing it to a similar game, they are comparing it to Skyrim because Bethesda is involved in both. However, this has no merit. Dishonored is nothing like Skyrim.
