So I am really interested in these things, but how many are there? I can't exactly go on Newegg and go to Micro All-in-One catagory, and it's not something you can Google. What other Linux based or GPU-CPU-RAM included (or integrated) microcomputing devices are there?

Microcomputer is actually the term for normal home sized computers, even if it's not really used anymore. Cause back in the 70s and early 80s they were very small compared to the computers that were normal back then.
