Are there many Gamestation stores or Game stores doing midnight release? My three local stores (one Gamestation and two Game) say they are not because they didn't have enough pre-orders. When I asked how many collectors edition they had left they said all have been pre-ordered and they had had about 40 per platform so makes no scene in my head.

There was a midnight release for Call of Duty MW3 and the pre-order count was way lower then when they expected in store based on past Modern Warfare games but they did midnight release anyway in all of the 3 stores.

It good to see some stores are doing a midnight release "Midnight Launch At London Oxford Street Store! Get there early because the first few people to join the queue will receive a treat!"

Just wish more stores were doing something like this not just the Oxford street store. I may be wrong but its the only one I have seen advertised on there website.

I really enjoy midnight releases. The excitement in the line just praying for the clock to hit 12 and driving home like a maniac with my friends always tops waiting for a post man I feel.
