Might or Magic - Some questions about what people likehate

So, been following the forums for a bit and figured now things have died down a little that I'd raise a personal question. I more or less want to get players feeling on a few things. For ease of read I've marked each question with a number making it easier with people to reply to my thoughts on matters, These questions bubbled up after watching the latest ESO video and so I thought on it for awhile, did a few searches too.

1. I noticed in the video that players were generating flashy light effects or producing it seemed equipment out of thin air. I personally feel that non-magical character abilities should look impressive from a execution/prowess perspective rather then with flashing lights and what have you. Such as some effects in the video where a most likely warrior like character does some sort of AO effect where a big blue flashing circle of energy flies out from him. MY thoughts were more of "should he be doing like a sweeping weapon swing or something if he's not using magic?" To summarize "How do you feel about non-magic based character having overly magical looking ability effects?

2. I noticed looking through the screens and videos that some armor skins did not seem present. I myself loved the Ebon Armor skin of skyrim for example, but plan on Playing a Nord, which means that since Orcs are not part of our faction does that mean that while there are "lots of armor skins" that those skins will ultimately be restricted to certain factions? What are peoples thoughts on gear appearances being limited to factions as it has already been noted in another thread that Dev's wanted enemy factions to be very distinct from others...will this stop at race? How do players feel about gear appearances being limited to factions.

3. Crafting, in short are we going to see it much like it has been in the other ES games? Most likely more Skyrimy where players wanting specific custom gear will have to find crafters willing to do it for them. More importantly how do players feel about crafters being the driving force behind the economy?

4. Magic weapons, To be plain do players feel that magic gear should follow the classic ES example where magic weapons although powerful required mana to maintain that high level of power they provide?

5. Housing, With Hearthfire we seen a nice notion of a player having property and from what i understand some of the Dev team has a pedigree from DAOC, where the Foundations system was in my opinion the best housing system to date (also LOTRO) further more how would players feel if anyone could visit any housing district...including other factions to engage in trade with the other side or sell their factions more exotic wares?

Again just want peoples thoughts on the 5 points above, but also feel free to add your one
