I just rode by the location of the Falkreath Stormcloak camp on my level 35 character. I have ridden by this camp many times before but now it's gone. The map marker isn't there on compass or on my map, and the whole area is empty except for the Quartermaster standing in the middle of the area. I checked my map, and ALL of the markers for military camps are gone. I have not done any of the Civil War questline. The only thing remotely connected that I recently did was to rescue Thorald from Northwatch Keep.

I reloaded an old save and they still were missing. What's going on?
