I cannot find the place to go to get mini-guns. I have money and been through two races so far but no one seems to sell them. Where are they and how do you get them?

I'd may be wrong but try Rusty's garage in wellsprings. It's right in the same area as where you sign up for the races. I'm sure if you buy them with cash or trade racing certificates but they should be there. If they are not there then you may get them during a mission. Either way the game tells you when it's time to get them

Mini guns? Well the pistol is quite small .
no really, yes you get the guns from rusty in wellsprings after you have enough certificates to buy them, and do the first novice race first.

I've done the first two races completely. Got first place in the seond race. When I go to Rusty's there are no choices for mini guns.

I truly cannot remember but I really think a mission allows you to buy mini guns. Something about bringing supplies to Hagar or doing something along those lines. They say it's to dangerous without any weapons then you get to buy them.

Try talking with sheriff black. I think that's what your missing. Then go to Rusty.

I have been to the Sheriiff and he teells me I can't have the supplies until I am armed. I have been to Rusty's several times but have yet to have him offer me any miniguns. I have bought soe parts from Rusty, bombs and a hover something, but they don't matter to the Sheriff and I can't get to the third race without mini guns either.

You know what maybe you already have them and you need to activate them. Go to the shop and click on tune for the car you want to tune. From there you'll see suspension, boost, tires etc. Weapons will be one of them, just install.

Also you may have them installed already but in order to use them you have to buy ammo from a vendor. I think every vendor sells the ammo. It's like 20 or 30 bucks for 200 rounds. Buy alot because you'll need, 200 rounds goes fast.

Edit: you can also edit your vehicle when you exit wellsprings. At the front of wellsprings is a garage with little dude in it or you can just exit the normal way.

After reading everything you've said I'm almost positive you don't have any ammo for you guns. If this doesn't work then I'm not sure what to tell you. I have the guide book but only for collector purposes. I really would like to avoid opening it up, at least till I'm finished.

Well I finally figured it out. When you are Rusty's or the Outfitters you have to hit the R1 button to go to other pages where the inventory of guns and ammo is. That just wqasn't obvious to me. So I finally got my guns and can move on. Thanks all for your replies.

well you can get the authority pulse cannon in the near-end of the game. it's got a BFR rounds..just like doom )

you have to switch out of the merchandise screen and onto the vehicle. (merchandise costs $ vehicle parts cost racing certificates)

they are 10 certificates for miniguns.
