So I was playing Skyrim on my PC today and after leaving Whiterun to do a quest I came back to find that Warmaiden's now has holes under the poles outside. Now I know this is a pretty minor glitch but it's seriously getting on my nerves. Anyway I was just curious if anyone knows of a fix to this. I've tried reloading, leaving the area, etc. and nothing works. Any help would be mucho appreciated.

P.S. I've got another bug, atleast I think it's a bug where Lars Battle-Born (the Battle-Born kid in Whiterun) won't leave his house now and just sits at a chair all day. Hod seems to have this problem in Riverwood but sits on the end of the bed or walks around.

Ehh, not sure but it sounds like you need a reinstall.
