Minor but annoying glitch- Severin Manor : V

There's a glitch I encountered just after I beat the quest "Served Cold" that allows you to have the house in Raven Rock, Severin Manor. I walk into my new house, and quickly notice I cannot wait or sleep. In the top corner of the screen it says "You cannot wait while being asked to leave"

I'm not sure what the reason behind this is, but I'm thinking that the game doesn't recognize me as the new owner yet or something weird like that..... anyone have this glitch?
