Went through all the trouble and potions to kill a dragon, just to have that SOB steal my hard earned soul. Jerk!

Miraak be trolling. Made worse with the caption "Miraak has absorbed your dragon soul!".

Yeah that serpentine dragon was tough. It took forever to kill, and then that jerk Miraak steals it's soul. I wonder if that only happens with the serpentine ones.

Is it just dragons you kill on the island or can he steal dragons you kill in skyrim too? If he can I may be in a little trouble as I still have not finished the MQ in skyrim and MQ in the other is proving more difficult than expected.

He can steal in skyrim too but he doesn't steal every soul. I'm not 100% sure but I believe he steals the first soul you get after starting the main quest and the serpentine dragon soul but the random dragons souls are randomly stolen. I had an ancient dragon attack raven rock so I saved and killed it, miraak trolled the soul, I reloaded the save and killed the dragon again and this time I ate the soul.

It's always the first one after seeing him in Apocryha and random after that. He did not take my Serpentine dragon soul.

-Werebears are there but not playable
-PC/PS3 gamers had to wait untill february for release (if lucky)

Rule of the forums. The more complaints a game or dlc has, the better it is in reality.

Where in Oblivion did I say this was a complaint? I thought it was cool.

My post wasn't about you. My bad for the confusion. More about the spears and werebears. I dont think many people are complaining about the soul stealing thing.

LOL I got me like 90 Dragon Shouts. He can steal how ever many he wants from the dragons I kill. I'm pretty self established either way.

he's taken 3 of mine so far... makes me want to kill him even more! can't even fight his own battles, just swoops in at the end and steals the glory! jerk....

The most aggravating thing about when he steals one (though it makes me laugh every time, is along with stealing your Dragon Soul, he'll say something like: "Not this time, Dragonborn. This one is mine!"

I'm chuckling and calling him an [censored]....

But still cool that the big bad guy punks you like that. Makes me want to kill him, not just follow a quest.
