At the beginning of 'Revealing the Unseen,' You're told to go see Mirabelle to follow up on the Staff of Magnus. Problem is, you can't even find her! The waypoint wants you to go outside the college. She's not there. She's not on the roof of the floor above. I've even gone circles around the base of the mountain that the college sits on down below. Nothing. You can't get up on the very top of the college as the doors are locked. I can't continue onward in this mission until I find her. Can anyone please help??

Sounds like she has fallen through the College... [censored] i hate those bugs... There isnt much you can do, if there is a way you can also 'fall through' the floor to get to her, you can interact with her, but sadly she will be stuck there forever.................

Mirabelle has often been reported missing, especially during night hours. I suggest you use the "Wait" command until she shows up. She is frequently hanging around the courtyard but not always. Good luck!

Loving the game, bought the Collector's Edition but waited for the 1.4 patch release before installing the game and playing.

Have encountered zero bugs/glitches after over 100 hours of play time, but upon beginning the "Revealing the Unseen" quest, I cannot find find Mirabelle anywhere. The objective marker indicated that she is just outside the Hall of Elements. When looking on the local map, it seems to imply she is actually on top of the building. I have searched the courtyard and every single room within the college several times, with no success.

One suggestion is that she is indeed at the top of the tower - which is inaccessible without a key, which is only available after you speak to her.

Another suggestion is that she is stuck on some rocks outside the college walls, yet I have seen no pics or videos confirming this.

Please can the Bethesda Team address this issue. It does not seem to be an isolated case as other players have posted videos on YouTube regarding the same issue, and as this glitch impedes progress through the mage questline, It would be much appreciated if this matter be resolved so that this game returns to being a flawless experience.
