The quest I got from WindHelm where "Jarl Ulfric the True High King" is located. His Stewart gave me a Quest to kill a dragon just south of the town. Apon going to the location, The dragon is the 5th I have found Flying backwards, Standing still in the air, I tried using Dragonrend on him, and he teleported to the other side of me. He refuses to land and I need this quest in order to become a "Thane of WindHelm" This is the first broken quest I have come across as I have finished most common quest lines (companions, civil war, Alduin, brotherhood, theives guild, and a hand full of others) I the dragon also looks like spyro (all purple and no texture)

Another Bug is the quest in the same city, where you investigate a murder "The Butcher" and in the process of this quest you get the house the rituals were taking place in. Apon finishing the quest, and buying all upgrades for the house, the table the rituals were taking place on in the quest, is still in the house, blocking access to my alchemy table, and 2 stand up dressers. I have left the house hoping it would reset and register the quest was over, thus taking the table out of the house, Did not work. Saved and reloaded the game hoping for the same thing, again didn't work, although this is not a game breaker, it is a significant inconvinance.
