So I was doing the quest "Smooth Jazbay" to collect 20 Jazbay Graqes for Avrusa Sarethi, and I decided to complete it with console commands by setting the stage to complete. Now the objective to collect the 20 graqes is stuck in my journal, resetting the quest and restarting it just adds it again with a new entry, and I can't get rid of the old one. Is there any way to remove it from my journal without starting over?

Try using help "Jazbay Graqes" to get the item ID for them.
Then use player.placeatme ItemID 1
Repeat for count to complete as you pick up each one.
Then deliver the goods.

I wish the Visit the Shrine of Azura had a check to see if that quest had been started or completed to prevent it from going into the Journal too.

When I tried that, nothing happened. It's annoying because I can't even track the quest from the log, it won't let me select it from under the misc. objectives. I tried using the console to reset and redo the quest, but even when I collected the graqes manually it only completed the new copy of it in my log. So I'm stuck with a quest that I've already done multiple times now, and it's seriously bugging my OCD to have it stuck in my quest log.
