First time doing this: hope i do this right and hope it helps others out too. (sorry for mispells)


Things needed (I used) for Completing quest in non violent way....
1) Penitus Oculants (armor,boots&bracers)
a) located in solitude, dragonbridge or outside 1st dark brotherhood sanctary...off dead body.

got mine off an penitus oculants agent. they are special guards/agents to the emperor.

2) imperial sword

3) imperial order
a) get from general tullius or consul command player.additem 000524da 1

4) speech perks....not sure if you really need this or not. i have it.

I have both the official and unofficial patches (up to date) too. don't want to give any spoils out so only going list the items i used to complete quest. i had try so many different imperial armors they all failed...after doing dark brotherhood questline finally on one of my characters i realize i was over looking something huge....penitus oculants.
