Missing Menu Interface for Skyrim after Launch : V

Well I know this is my fault, but i'm trying to make it better. 1.1 exe still runs fine and has the relevant interface for me to click new game etc, 1.3 doesn't have an menu though so I can't load a game. So instead of just being able to stare at the skyrim logo after launch i'd figure I go ahead and delete the interface.bsa and then re-verify.

So far no go, any tips on what I might be missing doing wrong to finally upgrade to 1.3 from 1.1?

Are you using any mods mate? You could also try deleting your texv.exe and tesvlauncher.exe files to, and re-verify those.

Are you using the latest Nvidia drivers? Or beta drivers? Forcing any special AA like SuperSampling? Transparency?

Absolutely anything running in the background besides your anti virus and steam?

Have you tried completely removing the game, subsequent folders, and ini files from my documents/my games, then redownloading?

Found something odd, the TESV.exe is actually launching SkyrimLauncher.exe over and over again.

Do it mate.
Also delete (after uninstalling skyrim ofcourse) the Skyrim folder found in your steamapps/common folder, and also in your documents/my games folder. The latter holds your saves though, so you may want to back them up

If you installed to "C:\Program Files" (bad!) you may want to test disabling UAC or try running skyrimlauncher.exe as admin.

Skyrim is uninstalled from steam
Deleted all remaining related directories to Skyrim

Made Backup:
Saves from both Characters
old Interface.bsa
1.1 exe
skyrim ini
skyrimprefs ini
23 mods all nmm ready

guess i'll be back later to rant and rave when skryim still won't launch

What I'd also try mate (a must) is play the game with no mods or tweaks or anything, just the vanilla game. Don't even transfer your saves or ini files.

Start a brand new game, and see if you have the same problem.

Try them one by one, it'll narrow it down mate.

yes this seems to have helped, Its either Vals crafting meltdown or Lost art of the Blacksmith.
Kinda blitzed out of my skull at the moment but your feed back is appreciated, its the second thing I tried after QD Interface. This has saved me time, thank you.
