Missing Vehicle

I have a strange issue that is rendering RAGE unplayable. I have searched the forums and Google, but can't seem to find anyone else with this issue. When I start a single player campaign, I fairly quickly get access to the ATV vehicle and the first quest, Quell the Bandit Threat. I took my ATV to complete this quest, but when I left the Ghost Hideout, my ATV was nowhere to be found. I assumed it had been stolen as part of the story, but I found after adventuring for several hours that it was really getting impossible to play the game. I started to think maybe I was bugged, so I reloaded a save game from before entering the Ghost Hideout, confirmed I still had the ATV, but this time when I completed the quest, the ATV was still there. I was finally off and running and enjoying the game. THEN, the same thing happened with the buggy. Once I got it, I completed a few more quests and headed to Wellspring. I entered a few races, collected some quests, and walked out of Wellspring back to the Wasteland. Again, my vehicle is nowhere to be found, despite having parked it right at the entrance to Wellspring. I have officially given up at this point. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Am I crazy? Is this part of the game? Is it a known bug? Is it patched and I just don't know about it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Like everyone else here, I would like some return on the $60!

UPDATE: I discovered that you can use the radio to get back to the garage at Hagar. Aside from the fact that I am now out $150 in game money that I didn't have to spend on this, the ATV is at Hagar's and usable. I am able to continue playing, however I'm not sure for how long. The buggy is no longer available to me. Is there a way to get this back? I already completed the buggy parts quest and had the vehicle...

Watch for blue dots on your minimap, they show where your vehicles are located. I have a feeling that you just missplaced your ATV.

When leaving Wellspring, you should go out through your garage in Mick's(i think thats his name) shop. That way you have a vehicle. I think there might be a message that comes up warning you that you will not have a vehicle if you leave through the people door.

Make sure your leaving through the garage and not the city entrance. What SpacemanSpiff said.

Thanks, guys. This sort of resolved itself once I got access to Mick's Garage this morning. I'm certain I didn't misplace vehicles, but now with a garage they're all at my disposal without a problem. The intitial parts of the game must have been bugged. Thanks for the help! Seems to be solved...
