Why the heck not!!??? This game was the perfect game for that! I wanted to tackle earlier missions with upgraded and new abilities. Such a major dissappointment and mishap for such a flawless game.

I think there are cheats that gives you all powers... Someone on steam said they played through the game that way

Yeah, this is really, REALLY disappointing. Why the hell is there no "new game +" after finishing it? Thats just ridiculous! Is there a possibility to make it happen as a DL content?

They said that there won't be a 'new game +' option because that would discourage you from playing it multiple times to see all the cool powers and stuff.

Well i want to play the game as a total bad ass the whole way through. It makes no since for there to not be the option at least all we can do is pray for dlc i guess.

can someone point me in the direction of the person who managed to get all powers for the PC? i'm having a few trouble spots here and there and do need to come up with a soluton

It's SourLime. He/she was using Cheat Engine (google it to get the site). There are no actual cheats in the game.

Yes I am the cheater and cheat engine is my tool of choice. Personally I don't recommend cheating, It takes a lot out of the game. I mean if you want to just rush in and kill everyone and completely ignore exploration and pretty much ignore the heart. The go right ahead. But I enjoyed it more without cheats.

Sour, quick question if I may... I've never heard about Cheat Engine before until you mentioned it, but don't you risk having
problems with Steam if you use it? One would think Steam Guard is monitoring that kind of stuff (can't be sure if that's their
anti-cheat system name, sounds something like that)

Cheat Engine does not interfere with steam or make any changes to the game files. Cheat engine is a value editor, it directly changes the values in the processes of the program you select. So its like, the program is telling you computer that value A = 20, cheat engine intercepts that and tells your computer that A = 40. Or whatever number you chose yourself. Some games have systems in place that prevent direct interference with the processes, Dishonored is not one of them.

I have an idea as to how to make a simulated NGP for consoles, but I'm waiting for permission to import the post into its own topic as I already explained my idea in a separate topic under General Discussion. I am almost positive it's possible to replay missions with different upgrades with this method. I thought about it for awhile before the game came out as early on I wanted NGP. I don't as much anymore, but I want to help those that do and it will be fun to tool around once in awhile.
