Mjoll killed two merchants in Riften.. what now? : V

So, I've been fletching arrows for a while at the Balimund forge and once done I had some piece of firewood left in my inventory. I didn't want to sell them nor carrying them around so I just thought I would lay them somewhere near the forge and go mine some more ore. All of a sudden Mjoll comes by the forge and goes like hey who left this here, followed by Brand-Shei who thought he saw it first, so they start fighting each other over a.. piece of firewood? lol. Bersi Honey-Hand eventually got involved into the fight and Mjoll bested both. I thought someone would eventually show up to replace them but no one seems to care. What now? Should I just wait more and hope for someone taking their place? I'd like to resurrect them with a console command but I don't want to screw things up in the event that someone would eventually replace them. Has anyone else experienced this before?

I'm quite sure no one will come to replace them.

Just use the console, and drop more firewood around Riften.

Dang, I've had to have at least 250 hours in Skyrim so far and I never knew that npcs fight over objects. Is this normal?

Just use the console, and drop more firewood around Riften.

Pity. Brand-Shei seems to be a loner but I really hoped Drifa would replace his husband, as far as I can recall Beth actually advertised this feature. Ok, I'm going to resurrect them both and drop moar firewood lol.

yes, go to Riften and drop some cabbage on the ground. they will fight to the DEATH.

Drifa replaces Bersi. No one replaces Brand-Shei.

She doesn't, or at least she didn't do it yet. She doesn't have any merchants dialogue options.

When she goes into the store, she has the Merchant Options, but not when she heads outside.

edit: checked, she actually has the options when she's into the store, yay. Now to resurrect Brand-Shei..

Mjoll killed half the nonessentials in Riften from my desire to watch these fights.

A good effort on everyone's part.

Shame the fights are fatal, oh well these things happen.

Why would Mjoll kill someone over firewood when she's constantly talking about helping the people of Riften out? :ermm:
