~ MMORPG Suggestions ~

Greetings and Respect most esteemed gamesas.

Because Elder Scrolls Online is supposed to have huge online communities, do I advice to use View Frustum Culling and Hidden Surface Determination. To reduce the lag and also to make the game playable for both High-End and Low-End Hardware, View Frustum Culling improves Video Game Quality.

Check Wikipedia for Viewing frustum and Hidden surface determination.

Because Elder Scrolls Online deals with huge online environments, do I advice to use Auto-Run as secundary feature to ordinary run. Auto-Run makes MMORPG environments more easier, also it would be nice to have a Mount at higher levels.

Thank you for your attention.

I was thinking something like that, but sorta inverted. My thoughts were "wikipedia reader thinks has great ideeuhs!"

I figure the devs know more than enough about what sort of mechanical qualities they should be building not to need the advice of random forummers on 1 or 2 unrelated topics.

But ya never know eh?

First: Welcome to the forums.

I suspect/sincerely hope that the programmers are well aware of basic principles of 3D graphics like occlusion culling. I expect the designers know what auto-run and mounts are.

If this isn't true, then we're all in trouble.
