Mob placement in the world

All MMO's have areas where mobs are placed and are static. I really dont want to log in, look over an area, and see 10 "Grizzly Bears" or "Wolves" mindlessly roaming the same area. You move on to the next area and you see 10 "Skeever Rats". I understand these are strategically placed for design purposes but it would really be great to innovate a new approach to this.

All of TES series do a great job of all your encounters being randomly spread out. This is much easier due to it being single player of course but I hope there is a new twist or mechanic that is being implemented to preserve a unique feel and areas not being "zoned" for levels 10-20 for example.

I am betting all my marbles on the faction PvP that will give TESO its longevity, for me anyway. PvP always changes, is exciting, and is never static. I am eager to see how you are transitioned from your realms PvE world out into the faction PvP area, where imo, the game really will begin.
