Does anyone know if this will have mob tagging? I would prefer that if I help someone kill something that I get EXP and loot too without being in a party and without the need for me to "get the first hit".

I believe that the devs have stated that if it is a group kill, you will both get xp and player-unique loot for it.

There will be independant loot for each player, no fighta over loot. Dev says something like that at QuakeCon, along with some nice footage.
