Mod Changes Something Unexpected

I have some light-based spells I have been improving, Starlight, Moonlight and Sunlight and have created them all with duplicates of elements in the CK which I then changed - so none of them have the same Form ID as anything in Vanilla.

I was thinking of getting them into the game as part of the Meridia quest, so I had a look at:

DA09ShadeUnique, Malkoran's Shade 000EBE2E

and he has an empty inventory except the Object field has AAAGrantIntLightHurtBrightBounce 0007531F, which is greyed out. This is just a LIGH effect colour.

But when I load my mod as the Active file, it has changed to one of my light effects, 0201B6CD.

How could this happen?

As I say, I am pretty certain that all the elements I used are re-named and altered duplicates.

It's OK, just a lack of sleep PEBKAC problem - it is showing what is at the top of the list, but as it is greyed out anyway it doesn't matter.
