Mod Detectives 108

Also, are there any mods that retexture the planes of oblivion? Something along the lines of QTP3?

I quite like corepc's http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=18677 for that purpose.

I'm debating downloading Tamriel Travelers but before I do I was wondering is there a mod like that that adds characters/merchants roaming cyrodil but also adds a chance to find them in dungeons? Thought it would add more immersion to run into a fellow treasure hunter..that was alive haha.

Another nice ear mod for characters with elven heritage: http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=4953. Requires CS familiarity, and worth the effort.

Is there a mod that makes archery more interesting? Deadly Reflex did a great job at revamping the melee, but archery is still a little lack-luster. I've searched myself and all I can find is mods that just increase the damage

I'm looking for a mod that improves the attack power of melee weapons. I have MOBS right now, and I like what it has done, but weapons still seem incredibly underpowered when compared to magic. I'm also not sure MOBS affects modded weapons. Is there a mod that significantly increases attack power on all weapons, including modded ones?

One more thing. Would Short Grass work with Low Poly Grass? Seems like it should, as all I did with Low Poly Grass was change a mesh.

With Deadly Reflex there are .ESP's that change the damage of melee weapons. I think the options are 150%, 200%, and 250%.

You probably have already seen this http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=26432 I remember it being a little frayed at the bottom so it might not be ragged enough for you.

I once saw a mod which featured a vinyard with a little cottage, surrounded by a lot of shrubbery. I know that's quite vague, but I'm sure I saw that in the top 100 one day, and it would be the perfect place for my current character. Any help on the name would be great.

I'm in need of a little detective help. Been searching for a weapons addition, but nothing as massive as OOO or whathaveyou. What I need is something that takes the vanilla meshes and retextures them into rusted/dull/broken/chipped tiers of weapons. I don't really like how every weapon I find is in perfect looking condition. It'd be kind of cool to have to fight with a pitted iron shortsword, when you have to. And make getting a nice weapon that much more special.

Thanks in advance.

There is a mod that has you buy different upgrades to a castle as a quest progresses. Anyone know of this?

Is there a mod that removes the player marker, and stop the map from auto-centering itself on your position? That would help me a lot with immersion, since in Vanilla the map behaves more like a GPS than a real map :P

Also http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=4139. There are at least a few that offer improvements for cash.

Is there a mod that either removes those repetitive skill- and attribute-based comments ("You have the hands of an illusionist!") or (preferably) increases them in number and variety, so they actually sound off-the-cuff because there are so many?

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4774, as you may guess, removes the comments.
