So I've been using the NCR Emergency Radio and spawning an extra trooper and ranger to help me out.

I tried to "build an army" by spawning extra copies, but the other one just disappears if I try to spawn a new one.

If there's a way to modify the NCR Emergency Radio, wouldn't it be cool to lead your own army about the wasteland?

Any way to do this?
