I have a mod that I figure is pretty much done (new Complexion options for Dark Elf women, with the kind of scarification they had in Morrowind, with optional NPC replacer), and I know there are people out there who want it, therefore I'd like to pack it up and put it on Nexus for release. What's the best way of going about this?
