In the end game, a player was powerful enough to call down meteor storms and other mind-blowingly epic feats... so I had a lot of fun decimating entire armies by myself for my allies (after which they would move in and take over).
In Morrowind, the arch-mage for the mages guild off-handedly gave me the quest to kill all the telvanni leaders. This I did. He gave me the quest to find out what happened to the dwarves. This I did.
In Skyrim, you can't even kill anyone.
Now, this isn't a Gothic 3 > Skyrim (which is true, unfortunately), but rather a mod request.
I want to be able to go on epic quests that no sane man would undertake and change the landscape (after all, what else are you going to do as a lvl 50 demi-god?)
Here are some ideas for epic quests:
1. Destroy the Dark Brotherhood
2. Destroy the Thieves Guild
3. End the rebellion by taking out all their camps and killing all their leaders and supportive jarls.
4. End the imperial presence by taking out all their camps and killing all their leaders and supportive jarls.
5. End the foresworn.
6. Return markarth and the reach to the foresworn.
7. Drive the dragons to extinction (kill every last one of them).
8. End the presence of magic in Skyrim by murdering the college of winterhold, burning it's library, and killing all court wizards.
9. Enact social cleansing against the Dark Elves and other foreigners (even as a foreigner (you must kill yourself at the end)).
10. Become king of Skyrim by killing all the leaders and declaring yourself king.
