Mod suggestion - improved Vampire System

Just an FYI, I have not played Dawnguard yet. I know that the game improves the vampires and werewolves but I'm positive that they haven't fixed the main problem I have had with the vampires. So this is my suggestion for a mod that I welcome anyone to take and attempt to create. Since I'm on Xbox I'm unable to create any mods and will unfortunately never experience mods on my game except with dlc. So if anyone likes this idea and wants to attempt it go for it, I'm happy with that.

Below is my idea, if it's not possible that's fine, but if it is I think this would vastly improve the vampires as there are plenty of reasons why I don't think they work very well as it is.

Improved Vampire System

Initial infection: Drain health, magicka, stamina and power. Day 1 the drain is only 20% of the players total amount. This effect is constant, it does not change in sunlight or out of sunlight. Day 2 the drain is 40% of the players total amount. NPCs comment that the player looks ill. Day 3 the drain is 60% of the players total amount. NPCs comment that the player looks ill and offer to get a healer. Merchants won't sell to the player. After each day of the illness a message appears on the screen telling the player that the character feels weaker and finds the sunlight hurting their eyes.

Stage 1: Health, stamina, magicka and power at 20% of normal uninfected levels in sunlight. Out of sunlight these levels increase to 20% over uninfected levels.

Stage 2: Health, stamina, magicka and power at 40% of normal uninfected levels in sunlight. Out of sunlight these levels increase to 40% over uninfected levels.

Stage 3: Health, stamina, magicka and power at 60% of normal uninfected levels in sunlight. Out of sunlight these levels increase to 60% over uninfected levels.

Stage 4: Health, stamina, magicka and power at 80% of normal uninfected levels in sunlight. Out of sunlight these levels increase to 80% over uninfected levels.

Upon infection of initial disease the player must wait for three days until they become a stage 1 vampire. To progress to stage 2 they must feed once. To continue to progress to stage 4 the player must feed once a day and continue to feed once a day to remain a vampire. Not feeding once or more a day will result in the player drooping down a stage to the previous stage until they reach stage 1.

Vampire Lord form is not available to stage 1 vampires. The strength of the vampire lord form is dictated by the stage that the player is at, if the player is at stage 4 then the Vampire Lord form will be stronger than the stage 2 form. The strength, health, stamina and power increase for Vampire Lord form is 20% more than the stage the vampire is currently at. For example a stage 4 would have a total strength of 180% outside form, and 200% in the Vampire Lord form.

During all 4 stages the vampire finds the sunlight brighter than non vampires. A stage 1 vampire will be nearly blinded and unable to see in sunlight whereas a stage 4 vampire will be able to see almost perfectly. At night the player will be able to see fairly well at stage 1 and at stage 4 they will be able to see almost like it was daylight.

Ultimately the vampire player needs to work to keep the vampire at its best instead of not feeding to get stronger. Not feeding results in the vampire getting weaker. NPCs will be hostile to stage 1 vampires and Vampire Lord forms 100% of the time unless calming spells are used. Stage 2 and 3 vampires will be remarked on by NPCs as looking ill etc however they will still be interactable. Stage 4 vampires will be treated like they are not vampires.

Random events/encounters:

Vampire players may encounter vampire hunters on the road that will instantly attack them if they are a stage 1 to 3 vampire. If they are a stage 4 vampire they will enter dialogue where they will be suspicious of the player saying that they look familiar and will only attack if the player tells them they are a vampire.

Any random NPC will automatically become hostile to any vampire that is at stage 1 when on the road except fellow guild members. Fellow vampires will also not automatically attack the player, though they will not be friendly.

A random traveller may approach the player and ask to be given the gift of vampirism from them. The player only has the option to either kill the traveller, feed on the traveller or tell the traveller to go to a vampire infested cave/fort.

So that's it, if you have any questions leave them below, I'll try answer them. If you want to try to make it go for it, I would be ecstatic if someone actualy managed to make this. If of course it's too complicated or difficult to make (or even impossible!) please let me know. Thanks guys, =)
