Modders in MP, Crytek please read

Has anyone else ran into this problem with people cheating? Today I ran into two guys who were using what seemed like an aim bot every time they killed someone it was usually by headshot. The game type was Instant Action; Other players in the game also complained about the same thing. In addition to that my buddy ran into a Modder who was able to hover above the map and pick everyone off on the opposite team. He has footage of it and plans to post it. The patch that was released was to catch players who were circumventing the system, I'm wondering what Crytek plans to do? Will you release another patch? Because obviously the first patch didn't address these issues. My friend will be posting the vid up so you guys can see first hand. I will edit post to add the link.

Yeah I was in CTR and the guy with the Relay was, what appeared to be repeatedly falling over and over out of mid air, the killcam shows that he is walking on air.

Yes - you are right - there is a aimbot cheat beiung used to spoil the game play. Please, I suggest that you report these people directly to MS as cheating. It is apparent that the number of people cheating in FPS means that they obviously cant play for peanuts if they are in need of aim assistance and well the saying goes - If you cant play, why try?. These people have no ethics, and its not worth arguing with them either over cheating, hacking and modding issues. BUT, these people can be stopped to some extent. HOWEVER almost everyone needs to do the same process to eliminate them from the multiplayer sessions. There is a downside to this. When you exclude another player (gamertag) by listing them as a cheat, you are blocking your own access to any server that that player is on. Now this might seem bad, but if enough people block the cheater, that gamertag wont be able to join any server eventually, because there are always heaps more non-cheaters than cheaters. You need to be aware that cheaters are always going to be around in any online game. You cant stop them individually because they wont be around all the time. But a Brotherhood can do a lot of good for delisting the scum. By listing cheats you will never play against that gamertag again unless you allow them to become a friend. Ah unlikely...them being part of your enjoyment and spoiling your game play.
