Okay, after turning in the Eye and the Bust, I realized there were other items to be found. Went on the inter webs and found a list of them. I went in order from start to end, picking up and turning each one in. The model ship is the last one I need to turn in but it won't register that I have it in my inventory. Nor does dropping it in front of Devin trigger any dialogue. Is there a fix for this?

This happened to me with the Falmer Eye thing.(but i delivered all items in order)
I do think that the last item you need to deliver is broken, it doesn't matter if it is out of order or not.

Yup, same here. I have both Falmer Eyes in my inventory and already got all the rest of the larceny items, but the option to sell one of the eyes to Delvin never appears.

ugh! ANOTHER bug in the game. /facepalm

It's nothing game breaking though. At worst, you don't get the measly $800 he seems to always pay for the larceny items. The eyes are worth 2500 anywhere else. And they won't be displayed on the shelves in the Cistern with all the other stuff you've stole that gets displayed there. But you can always put them on the shelf yourself anyway.
And it's not a quest that shows up in your journal either. So nothing will stay stuck there.

It's doesn't matter about the order, i picked up all mine in different order and was able to turn in all of them except the last one. On the PS3 it's bugged to where the last item Delvin won't even give you an option of turning in. Even if you was able to pick them up in order most the time you'll probably won't be able to turn the last item in. I know because I've made 4 character and did the thieves guild questline. But hey, at least it's droppable and you can sell it. Just get rid of it by selling it or something.

Unfortunately no, there is not a fix for this. I went back through the joys of Goldenglow estate and found the bee, and then toured Mercer's house and found the statue of Batman. Delvin won't take them so I went into the cistern and dropped them off myself. Since items don't stay where they are put, I have found Batman the Grey Fox in many interesting places, whereas my queen bee seems to be content to stare at the wall. I wish they would fix this.
