It won't happen, give up.
There are legal issues, and I'm not even sure if an xbox can even handle mods.

You can get mods on the 360 version, you know. I think it has something to do with connecting the hard drive to your computer, doing some minor code edits to the mods so they are compatible with the 360, and loading them on. At least, I think. I read something about it, but didn't care enough to continue reading it.

Meh. I think it's illegal, hence why I didn't finish the article and am not linking, but if you want your fines and Live account banned, Google is your friend.

Bethesda aren't miralce workers, the xbox just doesn't have the same equipment a pc does, plus microsoft won't let it happen.
This has been brought up so many times
Sorry, but it's just not going to happen.

In before lock!

This is NEVER going to happen. We see literally like at LEAST 1 of these threads a week.

Also, this thread is considered a petition which is not allowed.

Hey, man, go and offer a few million to Microsoft and work out a deal. Maybe you can say that it's inevitable that a modder will screw up on a code and end up destroying the Xbox from the inside, and forcing them to buy a new one. I'm sure with a Charisma of 11 you could do it!

Microsoft has banned mods that apply to 360, so even though I would like to have mods for the 360, it just won't happen.

1. I have both 360 and PC
2. I have PC and mods for it
3. Yes, but will most likely not happen unless its for a map editor, which if you are looking for a game that lets you do something like that, then I suggest you get Far Cry 2 for the Multiplayer map editor, or Halo 3-forge.

And all people on this part of the forum will have Fallout 3 for PC, because we can acctually get mods while 360 users will not vote because they thrive in General Discussion forum.

You can edit save files, but that is all. The system is not built for modding.

An xbox couldn't handle the GECK, and couldn't handle most mods that add even the slightest strain.

xbox is a closed, proprietary system. You won't get user-made mods on it unless Microsoft is okay with it. Which they aren't and any sort of discussion around somehow hacking the xbox to achieve what you want is not going to happen here - and it also violates your EULA, if I am not mistaken.
