I just noticed that a few of my mods that have a MCM are not showing up in MCM. Deadly Combat and Locational Damage are the two I have noticed (mainly because I was going to configure them). Is this a known issue?

Disable them, load your game, save, quit, reenable, load.

Or wait for 3.2 and you can be among the first to test the repair function!
