modsofficial DLC i want to see

ok so a few mods i hope get made:

1) a combat mod made for duel wield characters, that made it so when you left click it will alternate between left hand and right hand, and right click will block/parry melee attacks.
2)better control when it comes to interacting with npc's, i cant even count how many times i have clicked on close tab when i meant to click, let me see what you have for sale.
3)the ability to enchant an already enchanted item, it really svcked when i got extra effect and had to craft all new deadric armor and wep's then improve them just to duel enchant.

official DLC:

OK there is one DLC i really would love to see, or something along these lines, "The return of Talos" or something like that any way, basically it would be a DLC that would take you back to cyridel, to deal with the crises pertaining to the thalmore. it would involve your character being contacted by talos and asked to go on a holy crusade to restore his blood line and punish those who would try and ban his worship. and when i say take you back to cyridel i mean all of it, if a guy can make a mod for FONV that lets you go back and play FO3 using the same game im sure you can do it with skyrim, i mean who does not want to see the imperial city in pretty skyrim graphics. Any way it would take you on a quest to find a lost blood line, help restore the empire, lift the ban on talos worshiping then rally the forces and stick it to the thalmore ass hats.

2) player housing that is fit for a warrior
3) "fox and the hound" something to do with the gray fox and pulling off another heist of the century, cus imo the thieves guild for oblivion where you stole an elder scroll was amazing.

ok plz leave positive thought or helpful criticism

I like your idea about "The return of Talos" as a DLC and to me it sounds similar to KotN-DLC when that was released for Oblivion.

I was thinking about a DLC that allows you to buy a full set of necessary items to do some smithing by your own or you can order a full set of armor/single piece of armor or a single weapon from local smith in a couple of cities plus a few villages.

City
Markarth
Riften
Whiterun
Winterhold

Village
Riverwood
Dragon Bridge
Ivarstead

Solitude and Windhelm are those cities that doesn't have such thing available, because the smiths there is way to busy to supply their own troops with armors and weapons. Perhaps one more city or village could be added in that Smithing-DLC.
