Mojave Music Radio Expanded -- BETA by HarnessedYeti

This mod does two things :

1. Combines the tracklists of Radio New Vegas and MMR
to expand the vanilla music available for listening
on MMR

2. (and more importantly) Adds 21 extra tracks, in addition
to the vanilla music to MMR, thus expanding the playlist
from 17 to 52.

For stability reasons I have chosen not to modify the
scripting behavior of vCountryRadioQuest at this time.
I may tweak it later but for now, I'd rather not modify
something unless I see a good need to and have a stable
solution.

All the added music is public domain as I don't want the music
police coming to my house.

A few of the MP3's I used were copy pasta from Pimpbot420's
excellent GNR-More Where that came from, the rest I got
from www.archive.org

Sample Tracklist :
Cool Water by Sons of the Pioneers
El Paso by Marty Robbins
Your Cheatin Heart by Hank Williams
Mack the Knife by Bobby Darin
Tiger by the Tail by Buck Owens

The aim of the songs is to closely match the in game tunes for immersion so for that I chose
western swing, country, rat pack stuff as well as some fallout classics like Atomic Baby
Enjoy !!!!

Cool!!! Already DL'd and installing now.

i am familiar with all but Tiger by the tail. I have been a big fan of hank Williams version of Cool Water, so this can only be better.

Please leave feedback or suggestions as this is the beta phase and I'm still finalizing a
tracklist and will probably add a few more songs to v 1.0 . After I UL'd this to Nexus
I did a facepalm because of one glaring oversight.....The King....I left out The King.....
baby you can't have Las Vegas without ....The King man..... Elvis does have some PD
stuff and I'll add that next chance I get.

Forgiven. The old timey music isn't everyones thing. I think you can replace the vanilla tracks that came
with the game as long as your mp3's have the same filename and their not copy protected.

I tried a different radio extender earlier on, but it had the problem the radio wouldn't mute when speaking with people. Does this mod have the same problem?

Apart from that: Good job, keep going :)

Newgrounds is all free use, non-commercial. If you havn't checked out their music section, you should. A lot of crap to sift though, but the gems you find are well worth the effort.
