I read into some of the lore for ESO and Molag bol manages to do more successfully, and more easily than Mehrunes Dagon was able to do in Oblivion? Also with a huuuuuge time cap

I don't understand.
If you've played any of the prior TES games (which take place in the future) you know Molag Bal fails.
In what way is he more successful?
mannimarco likes him better, and helps him out.
Well EOS is a counter attack. Molag actually captures the White Gold tower.
I mean that Molag does better even though he fails too.
I kinda disagree that he does better.
Mehrunes Dagon invades every nation. He destroys the Crystal Tower. Heck, his invasion leads to the fall of the Septim Empire, the most powerful Empire in the history of Tamriel.
At first, I only gave Molag Bal respect due to the creation of vampires (and I think we all agree---that's his BIGGEST contribution). However, after reading a bit of the wiki, I must say that I'm impressed with Molag Bal for at least being the 1st one to attempt it. A minor reason, yes. But the only viable one I have.
In terms of their motives, I think Molag Bal has a bit of an edge with his enslavement of mortals with destruction on the side is better versus Dagon who was the reverse. Somehow the thought of lasting torture versus total destruction seems to be more of an impact. But then, that is assuming that they can't just re-create the world and start over from scratch--then the round goes to Dagon as the actual amount of suffering won't be 'dulled' due to overexposure (somehow I get the expression that Bal does not have the energy to constantly re-create the world only for his subjects to struggle).
Just my opinion.
Eh I think Mehrunes is more powerful (and the fact that I dont like the R*pe King thing that Molags got going on lol)
Gondor was supposed to have this impressive army, yet people can't seem to stop walking into obvious traps and into each others weapons. No wonder the empire crumbled.
I read in some book from Skyrim that all the Princes gathered once in some kind of meeting. And when Molag Bal entered the room, the other Princes feared his appearance. So yeah.
Also if Mehrunes was successful he wouldn't be in his own sticky situation.
Basically, long story short, he absolutely hates his plain of Oblivion, he was kinda exiled there until he can destroy every part of the world he hid away ages ago. Once he destroys those parts of the world, I think he'll be pretty much done being the Deadra of Destruction, and just go back to being a little Leaping Deadra...
...But perhaps that's just an over simplification.
i like mehrunes razer over molag bal's mace ow wait, thats not the point of the forum here
Well the bear he was mating with was still on his..... *bad mental image* ok ill stop.
