According to the game guide after being inducted into the thieves guild I should be able to get the quest and open up all the khajiit caravans as fences. This sounds awesome, but it wont start! Anyone else experiencing this?

In both playthroughs where I've completed the Thieves Guild, the caravan fence quest wasn't available until I did some (or maybe all) of the "restoring glory" quests to rebuild the Ragged Flagon - also, you get the quest from Tonilia, I stumbled on it originally after doing the above and talking to her in an attempt to fence some goods.

Thanks for the info! Its funny the collectors edition game guide says its available right after being inducted into the thieves guild. Also they mispell Tonilia as Tonilla.

No problem, just keep working on the "Extra" jobs until you unlock the four special missions, complete those, then Tonilia should have the quest.
