Have you ever randomly turned on the radio, MP3 player, online radio channel, or whatever and heard the absolutely perfect song for that moment?

Earlier today, as I got done with work and drove back to the warehouse that I work out of, I saw that the girl that I'm crazy about was working at her job so I thought that I'd go down and talk to her for a while. Unfortunately she wasn't working alone. However, she got done with her shift a half hour later and her work moms had the rest of her day planned out for her (long story), so I didn't really get to talk to her like I wanted to.

When I got in my car to leave, as I turned it on, a local radio station was playing Van Halen's Why Can't This Be Love. I found myself laughing because that song perfectly fits how I felt at that time.

Anyways, this is NOT a relationship thread (even though I know some of you will post JAHO/JOAH anyways ), just asking if you've ever been in a position to randomly hear a song that perfectly fit the situation.

Random song that's perfect for the moment, that's the idea.

The day that Britney Spears released her single "3" and I bought it from the store was the first night that I went to a strip club and they were playing it in there. I proceeded to have a three-way a few hours later, which is what the song is about.

I can't think of any of these moments off the top of my head, but I'm sure I've experienced them.

Sometimes the only way to feel clean again is to wash yourself with something dirtier. Either way, it bothers me and won't happen again.

After my initial post, I heard the song "Hey Jude" on the radio after just watching a parody of it on youtube that I dare not link to, so that's pretty ironic.
