Anyone know how to make pickpocketing skill increase a little bit (by item value/weight if possible) from stealing any item and not just from NPCs?
Could put a hidden skill check to see if the item gets flagged as stolen or not too, maybe even remove the "Stolen" inventory description entirely regardless of the outcome so the player doesn't really know whether the item got flagged as stolen or not

Not sure if any of this is possible, and I suspect the last idea would be a real pain to implement properly, but here's hoping someone knows how to do this and help broaden the use of this skill.
