More questions about ESO

Hello, thanks for stopping by.

1. Will efficiency in combat skills happen automatically via using weapons of each type, or magic of each type. e.g. in old MMORPG like EverQuest, or previous Elder Scrolls where using an axe would raise axe skill.
Skyrim's system seemed to be very in tune with combining old world skill ups with modern day manual applying of skills. It was similar to a talent tree, but not so rigid.

2. While fighting in Skyrim and similar, not all enemies were one shot killable, though sometimes you could get the drop on them and near one shot. Will this be similar in ESO? Or will it be the same old hit a monster for forty times before it finally dies from the same sword to the heart maneuver? I would love to see cases of where you're grouped with one or two adventurers and whomever is strongest at stealth style, scouts and then sets up an ambush on one or two mobs, severely weakening them. Then the other members run in and finish them off. Which means tactics and strategy (playing to your strengths) actually means something.

3. Is magic something it is respected for it's power, meaning it's rare and hard to wield, or will everyone be throwing fire balls from level one (which Skyrim did allow unfortunately)?

4. Is the combat speed hastened or is it slow and steady like we're used to in Elder Scrolls?
5. Mounted combat?

6. BOE/BOP items? or at least a tiering system like in Guild Wars 2 where common items are freely tradeable with no BOE/BOP?

7. This is not a lobby system where we host a game and a limited amount of people join? This is full on MMORPG?

That's all I have for now.
