More realistic helicopter destruction animation

When you have to destroy the helicopter in the 'Dead Man Walking' mission, you can shoot an RPG at the helicopter and it should go down in one hit. But the destruction effects are so old school and boring, there is just a BOOM explosion and the perfectly operational helicopter all of a sudden turns into a clunk of metal and falls straight down.

Crytek could've easily put more effort into this, it should be at least a little more epic, like if you hit the tail of the helicopter, it'll start spinning out of control and then crash into the side of the building. And if you hit dead on the hull, the explosion would tear the helicopter apart, like the rotors spinning away and tail section flopping through the air and debris flying in all directions. We should also have the option of sniping the pilot, shooting the pilot in the head would cause the helicopter to wander off course and crash into the building or the street.

What Crytek did with the helicopter animation was just way old school, it was one of the downsides of destruction in Crysis and Crysis Warhead. Watch the helicopter crash in Black Hawk Down and that's an example of how helicopters don't all of a sudden turn into a random clunk of metal after being hit by RPG.
