Rumor a 4th DLC may be set in Hammerfell something to do with the Redguard?

Sigh.. About the whole Redguard thing,No. I believe its just for the old game redguard.
And if we are getting more dlcs wich i think. Of course we will get it this year ^^
Now its just speculation
