For me personally most annoying things which do not let me enjoy the game as I would like to are :
1. UGLY flikcering low-res shadows which distract me . They are everywhere, it is terrible.
2. UGLY low-res textures ( my favourite is texture of snowy rock....awful) reminding me PS1 times. This is a joke from players.
3.Framerate issues.
4.Game freezing issues.
5.Low quality sound.
Bethesda it is year 2011 and this product in the terms of basic quality does not even qualify for sale.
For now I regret spending my $ for this. Pity.........hoping for a really GOOD PATCH.

None of these are my priorities. Quest glitches that prevent you from progressing, like NPCs disappearing (See "Rescue Mission, giving by Vilkas of the Companions), or NPC dialogues not updating (See talkling to Ulfric and his general about several of their quests, and Delphine in the quest "Diplomatic Immunity) are far more important. Then there's the ones where your follower disappears at random with all the equipment you handed to them. Or theres one where a slain dragon's soul can't be absorbed, man is that one irritating. So... sorry, but you're all out of order here, if you feel that graphics are more important than the game functioning you might be playing the wrong game.
I wouldn't expect graphical updates at all. Framerate issues are probably next in line though... sort of.
